Jakub Fojtík, Ph.D., is a distinguished aviation historian and author, specializing in helicopter aviation literature. He has authored over fifty books and has published nearly 1,000 articles in six languages. Fojtík holds master's and doctoral degrees from the Police Academy of the Czech Republic and has held significant managerial positions in Czech aviation companies. He speaks Czech, English and Russian, and understands German. He lives with his wife Petra and children Noemi and Samuel in the Czech Republic.
